Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dynam-Direct. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange for a return or exchange. We offer a 14 day return policy less 25% restocking fee on all our products. All returns must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
